Students in Ms. Ihle’s Principles of Hospitality and Tourism classes held their annual gingerbread competition. This year they created gingerbread restaurants and hotels, plus one “Air B&B”! Students made everything from scratch, including the dough and icing. On Friday, December 13th, teachers and staff voted for the best one. The winner was Candy Castle created by Arlette Barrientos, Alondra Flores, Leslie Hernandez, Carla Jimenez, and Stephanie Medina.
