The Texas Diversity Council in partnership with Rice University is proud to announce the 12th Annual Texas Diversity Council Summer Youth Program at Rice University. This week-long program is held on the campus of Rice University and engages students from Houston area high schools and middle schools. The program provides life lessons and college readiness activities, which will equip students to have a successful transition into college and through graduation.
