Bio

Ms. Wilson has been a counselor in Aldine ISD for 10 years and an educator for 16 years. She graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Studies in 2006. She then earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University in 2013. Ms. Wilson takes pleasure in inspiring her students to achieve beyond what they would have even imagined. She wants her students, parents, and colleagues to feel supported and to know that they are loved.

Bio

Originally from Mexico, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 1999. In 2006, I moved to Houston and began my educational journey in Aldine ISD in 2007 as a teacher aide at Keeble EC/Pre-K Center. In 2009, I became a bilingual teacher at Garcia-Leza EC/PK/K Center, where I proudly taught PreKindergarten and Kindergarten for 15 years. In 2023, I transitioned into a counseling role, first serving at Grantham Middle School, then at Jones Middle School. Today, I’m honored and excited to be part of the Aldine 9 family, continuing my commitment to support and guide students in their academic and personal growth.
